On April 5th, The Humane Society of Louisiana is encouraging people to go vegan for a day! We think that this initiative is really cool, and we’re excited to share our vegan options that you can get not only on Tuesday, but every day of the year!
Our favorite vegan dish at Felipe’s is the Vegan Super Burrito. This bad boy is filled with grilled veggies and extra beans and topped some cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, guacamollio sauce, and pickled jalapenos. It’s then all wrapped up in a warm and soft flour tortilla just for your enjoyment. The best part about Felipe’s is that our dishes are completely customizable. No matter your allergy, sensitivity, or preference, we can accommodate it and deliver you some of the freshest and most authentic mexican food.
Recently, we were lucky enough to sit down with a loyal customer who happens to be pescatarian. Ashton said that he loved coming to Felipe’s because he knows that he always has several options. He can order the fried fish or shrimp on nachos, tacos, or in a burrito or taco salad.
