We offer two formats — Buffet Style and Burritos (box lunch) — so you can choose the one that best suits your event. You may also combine formats if you meet the minimums for each.

Absolutely. With the Mexican Buffet, you can choose two meats, two beans, and your sides (some sides may carry an additional per‑person charge). For Burritos, select your protein, beans, and fillings (some fillings may have an additional per‑burrito charge).

The Mexican Buffet serves about three tacos per person. (This, of course, depends on appetites). The Burrito Box features Felipe’s Super Burrito – a 12” four-tortilla packed with protein, rice, beans, fresh toppings, and housemade salsas.

Yes. Use the Extras section to add sides — commonly used to supplement a Buffet or Burrito order. These can be ordered à la carte and do not have a minimum order. Extras do not include utensils, napkins, or cutlery.

Yes. We use third‑party drivers for catering deliveries. The standard delivery fee is $40 and includes gratuity for the driver. The delivery fee includes gratuity for the driver so no additional tip is needed.Fees may vary seasonally.

Yes. We can provide bartenders and/or food servers for an additional per‑server fee. Please provide at least a week’s notice so we can schedule your team.

Yes, the Mexican Buffet and Burrito Box packages have a 10-person minimum. All other items are available to order à la carte.

If you’re pouring into a cocktail glass over ice, one gallon makes about 20 margaritas (and often a few extra).
If you’re serving frozen margaritas, a gallon yields roughly 11–12 twelve-ounce servings.
