We would like to congratulate Jenifer Ramirez, for earning her chef jacket (a major milestone for any Felipe’s Taqueria Team Member). This jacket represents her successfully mastering all six Team Member kitchen positions.
Jenifer joined the Felipe’s Team around four years ago and has since proven herself a vital and dedicated asset to our French Quarter location, where she currently works alongside her sister, Maria. Jenifer and her sister are originally from Santiago de Querétaro city in central Mexico.
“We have someone who we can trust to represent our team to the fullest,” says Felipe’s French Quarter General Manager. “This achievement is setting her up in a position to continue growing with the Felipe’s Family.”
“I’ve been going step by step and nothing comes easy, but what is well learned is never forgotten,” recalls Jenifer in response to her milestone achievement. She continues, “I’m very thankful, and having this jacket makes me feel proud of myself and how far I’ve come and makes me want to strive for more.”
“I want to thank every one and each of you in the restaurant for every little thing you all have taught me.” Says Jenifer. “I’m sure everyone and each member of Felipe’s Family helped me to achieve this. Thank you so much to all of you.”
