Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo identification. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or receive a prize:
a. Employees, officers, and directors of Felipe’s Taqueria (“Sponsor”), the contest administrator, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other companies associated with the design or execution of this Contest(collectively “Released Parties”), as well as the immediate family members or members of the households of any of the above, whether related or not. For purposes of this Contest, "immediate family members" include parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step-grandchildren), and each of their respective spouses.
b. Individuals who do not have internet access or a valid phone number to complete the online registration necessary to participate.
During the Registration Period, visit the contest link or scan the contest QR code included in any marketing materials. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration form. By submitting the form, you agree to abide by and accept all Official Rules. Each Entrant must fully complete the registration form with required information, including first and last name, phone number (including area code), and any other necessary details. Any registration with invalid, incomplete, or inaccurate information will be disqualified.
Only one Entry per person and per valid phone number during the entire Registration Period. Submitting multiple Entries with the same phone number or using alternate contact details will invalidate all Entries submitted by that Entrant. Entries become the property of Felipe’s Taqueria and will not be returned.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules, or for any Entry not submitted or received due to technical errors, human errors, unauthorized human intervention, or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions, or network connections, which will all be disqualified.
Each Entrant must submit an Entry on his/her own behalf. Any Entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s phone number or name will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the phone number used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned a phone number by a telephone service provider.
By participating in the contest and submitting an Entry, you agree that Felipe's Taqueria and the Released Parties may contact you via phone, email, or other forms of media for purposes related to the contest, as well as promotional information regarding Felipe’s Taqueria’s products and services. You may opt out of further communication at any time by following the instructions provided.
One prize (“Prize”) will be awarded in this Contest. Winner will be eligible to receive the Prize, which consists of the following prize elements and stipulations:
Prize is 1 Visa gift card in the amount of $1,000. The gift card will be sent via email and/or sms.
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest. In the event an Entrant wins the Prize and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules, Entrant will be required to forfeit the Prize, or reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the Prize if such violation is discovered after Winner has used the Prize. Participation in Contest constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use Entrants’ names, cities and states of residence or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive Entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible for any prize.
By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to hold all Released Parties and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives, harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to Entrant’s participation in this Contest, the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability thereof. Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.
Entrants may only use common, typical personal computer equipment, smart or mobile phones, Internet access and cellular networks when participating in this Contest. Sponsor disclaims all liability for any Entrant’s inability to complete, continue, correct, or submit an Entry due to equipment malfunction, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, and any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Contest, such as errors occurring to printing or advertising of this Contest, administration or execution of the Contest, the cancellation of a Prize component, the processing of Entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contestwebsite.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Contest if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Contest. In the event of early termination of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the time/date of such termination.
The odds of being selected as a Winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received.
Felipe’s Taqueria ("Sponsor") is committed to protecting your privacy. To enter the contest, entrants must complete an official Entry with their name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. By entering the contest, entrants agree that their personal information will be shared with Felipe’s Taqueria and its administrator, who will use it solely for the administration of the contest, including winner selection and prize distribution.
Additionally, by entering, entrants consent to the use of their personal information as described in Felipe’s Taqueria’s privacy policy, available at https://felipesstage.wpengine.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor may retain entry and winner selection information for recordkeeping purposes only, and it will not be used for any other purpose outside of what is outlined in these Official Rules. Felipe’s Taqueria does not sell any personal information collected as part of this contest.
Depending on jurisdiction, applicable law may grant entrants certain consumer rights regarding the processing of personal information. For more information about your rights and our data collection practices, please review our Privacy Policy. In the event of marketing communications from Felipe’s Taqueria, entrants may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe link located in the footer of promotional emails from the Sponsor.
By participating, each Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Louisiana; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Louisiana or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Louisiana.
